Saudi Arabia 保健省による2009年 HajjおよびUmraのための入国ビザの要件と勧告
I. Pandemic influenza A (H1N1) 2009 virus

(A) pandemic influenza A (H1N1) 2009 ウイルス感染時、合併症を来たし易いリスク・グループとされる人は、2009年Hajjの延期を勧告します。

Individuals with certain chronic diseases (such as cardiac, renal, respiratory or neurological diseases and diabetes mellitus) and acquired or congenital immunodeficiency, pregnant women and extremely overweight individuals

(B) さらに、12歳未満または 65歳以上の人に対しても 2009年Hajjの延期を勧告します。巡礼出発の国の保健当局は、この勧告を遵守する責任があります。メッカ巡礼の目的でサウジアラビアに着いた巡礼者は年齢を問わず巡礼できます。

(C) サウジアラビア大使館は全ての国の保健当局に2009年Hajjのためのワクチン (seasonal influenza vaccine, pandemic (H1N1) 2009 vaccine) 提供を申し入れます。ワクチンを利用できる国では、ビザ発給前に所轄官庁から両ワクチンの接種証明を要求されます。ワクチン入手できないところでは、各国の保健当局の責任で巡礼者にビザ発給します。

(D) 巡礼出発の国の保健当局は、呼吸器感染症、特に pandemic(H1N1) 2009 の拡大予防の簡単な方法について、巡礼者に教育、指導する責任があります。

Emphasis should be placed on adherence to good personal hygiene measures, including cough etiquette, use of antiseptic hand gels, wearing of masks when in crowded areas or public places while experiencing symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection, avoiding close contact with sick people, and frequent hand-washing with soap and water.
